Miscellaneous Information
Each meet usually lasts about 3~4 hours. This can vary depending on the number
of swimmers and the events being run. Be prepared!!
Keep swim caps in good shape by drying with towel after use and sprinkling a
small amount of baby powder inside and rubbing together. This will make your cap
easier to get on and it won't stick together.
Parents: please check in with the, volunteer coordinator when you arrive at the
meet. Show up on time.
